There shall be seven standing committees, six appointed in whole or in part by the President, and one by the Board of Directors: the Continuing Medical Education, Membership, Scientific Investigation, Nominating, Finance, Ethics, and PRO & Third Party Committees.  Additional committees may be established at the discretion of the President. Such committees will have duties and composition to be determined by the President.
